The Miss Seafair Scholarship Program for Women Coronation will take place prior to the Southwest Airlines Torchlight Parade in the Westlake TV zone at 7:30 p.m. Following the coronation, the newly crowned Miss Seafair began her reign by riding in the Torchlight Parade, while spectators enjoyed the magic of the 2008 parade. Yes, that's correct two events for the price of one.

About Miss Seafair Scholarship Program for Women
The Seafair Scholarship Program for Women is an amazing summer experience for young women who seek academic scholarships as well as opportunities for leadership development. Participants win scholarships, spread goodwill in local retirement communities and Children's Hospital and serve as Seafair representatives while visiting over 20 community festivals and parades throughout the Puget Sound region.
