Miss Seafair Scholarship Program for Women Coronation
The Miss Seafair Scholarship Program for Women Coronation will
take place prior to the Seafair Torchlight Parade in the Westlake TV
zone at 7:30 p.m. Following the coronation, the newly crowned Miss Seafair will
begin her reign by riding in the Torchlight Parade, while spectators enjoy the
mystical magic of the 2009 parade.
