2008 Wave Start Times
There will be fourteen wave starts, five minutes apart (with
the exception of the first couple of waves), beginning at 6:55 AM. All
participants must compete in their assigned start wave. Your accurate
finish times depend on it. Penalties will be assessed to those that compete
outside of their assigned wave. Cap colors designate your start wave.

| Wave #4 | 7:05 | YELLOW | Males 35-39 |
| Wave #5 | 7:10 | DK BLUE | Females 35-39 |
| Wave #6 | 7:15 | ORANGE | Males 29 & Under |
| Wave #7 | 7:20 | PURPLE | Females 25-29 |
| Wave #8 | 7:25 | LT GREEN | Females 24 & Under |
| Wave #9 | 7:30 | WHITE | Males 40-44 & All Relay Teams |
| Wave #10 | 7:35 | DK GREEN | Females 40-44 |
| Wave #11 | 7:40 | LT BLUE | Males & Females 45-49 |
| Wave #12 | 7:45 | LT GREEN | Males & Females 50 - 54 |
| Wave #13 | 7:50 | NEON ORANGE | Males & Females 55 & Over |
