Sea-It Green
Building for the Future of the Northwest

Special thanks to Cascade Land Conservancy for their extensive support of Seafair.

From pristine waterways to picturesque mountains, we all agree that the Puget Sound has no comparison. At Seafair our goal has always been to bring the Northwest community the best summer entertainment, while at the same time respecting the environment that defines summertime events.

In 2010 Seafair is making additional changes so that which is good for the family is good for the environment too. By taking part in our efforts you are helping Seafair take steps toward a cleaner, greener community!

Conserve gas by using alternative transportation to get to your favorite Seafair events. Whether by bus, carpooling or your pedals, there are plenty of ways to get to Seafair. Join Seafair and the Cascade Land Conservancy in action by riding your bicycle and parking at our Bicycle Corrals, recycle your water bottles and soda cans at the events or join the Sea-It Green Team. Help Seafair maintain the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest.

Please take a moment and review some of the event-specific initiatives Seafair is planning for 2010 and the years to come. Help Seafair, the City of Seattle, King County and Seattle Parks help the environment. Recycle at every Seafair event, pick up educational flyers and learn how everyone can take action against climate-changing pollution.
